AUSTRALIAN NOBLE OPAL rough stone – very large and decorative.

BOULDER OPALS are so-called MATRIX EDELOPALE. The OPAL veins sit on or as OPAL veins in an iron-containing clay sandstone.

This extremely attractive ROHOPAL is criss-crossed with veins and on the surface there are several OPAL surfaces that look like gel.

In the deep blue OPAL veins, depending on the incidence of light, many “GREEN SPOTS” flash

For such a large BOULDER OPAL, of this quality, you have to pay a shop in SYDNEY or MELBOURNE – MINIMUM $ 500!

This was the ONLY really large rough stone in the new lot, because it is very difficult to get because the opal cutters usually cut large blanks and grind the good parts into Schnuck, which then always results in significantly more profit.
