World-famous site – WULFENIT = GELBBLEIERZ, was first found and described here in 1785 by the Austrian naturalist Franz Xaver Freiherr von WULFEN.

The mine has been closed for 20 years – LEAD and ZINC were mined here for 800 years. Total tunnel length over 1,200 KILOMETERS!

BLEIBERGER WULFENITE are as good as NOT available in stores, we also only have very few pieces in stock from old collections.
