Meiselding in the NW of Treibach in Carinthia was a mining area in which SILVER ORE was mined as early as the 14th century at the instigation of Countess Hemma von Gurk. Silver mining was then abandoned in 1847.
Minerals from these mines are highly sought after but unfortunately hard to come by.
