Mookaite rough stone 1.3 kilogram
Mookaite - named after the place where it was found in Western Australia MOOKA MOOKA which means "flowing water" in the language of the Australian aborigines. The only place in the world where it is found is on and around the Gascoyne River.
According to the latest research, mookaite is NOT jasper - but a mineral mixture of CHALCEDON - FIRESTONE and OPALITH in varying proportions. The stones are OVER 1 MILLION years old.
