Rock crystal specimen with undamaged end faces, found 40 years ago at the well-known mineral discovery site - GJAIDTROGHöHE. You can see the GJAIDTROGHöHE on our homepage at the picture of the Großglockner. It is the brown/green ridge in the front right side. This ridge practically divides the Kleine and Große Fleißtal valleys. The small one leads to the ZIRMSEE and the SONNBLICK and the big one to the HOCHARN.
Today the area is located in the HOHE TAUERN National Park - unfortunately mineral hunting is no longer permitted here.
